Heliqa LLC ("Heliqa," "we") runs heliqa.org. This policy explains what we collect.

What we collect. If you contact us through our contact form or by email, we receive what you send: typically your name, email, organization, the topic you choose, and your message. Our host may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and operation. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

How we use it. To reply to you, discuss possible work, and keep the site secure. We don't sell or rent your information or share it for advertising.

Who sees it. Heliqa and the service providers that host the site and our email, only as needed to run them, or if required by law.

Please don't send health information. This site is not designed to receive protected health information (PHI). Do not include patient names, records, or other health details in the form or by email.

Email. If we send you marketing email, every message will include a way to opt out, and we'll honor it promptly.

Retention and choices. We keep inquiries as long as needed for the conversation and our business records. Email kevin.crawford@heliqa.org to ask us to delete or correct your information.

Children. This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
